How to repair a not working Samsung dryer?

Like all household appliances, dryers require careful treatment and adherence to all the requirements of the operating instructions. The installation and connection of the dryer must be carried out by competent specialists. Otherwise, your Samsung dryer will make noise or even malfunction. It is necessary to set the dryer in place exactly at the level so that there are no distortions, and the drum can rotate freely without touching any parts and internal mechanisms. The vast majority of dryers are caused by illiterate or negligent use. If your Samsung dryer is making a thumping noise which occurs while the dryer is spinning, it is most likely caused by some hard objects such as zippers, snaps, buttons, coins inside the dryer drum. It is recommended to turn items out before drying. The dryer makes noise, knocks and vibrates if the laundry loaded in is mixed up. At the same time, the centering of the drum is disturbed and the bearings, engine, drive belt and other mechanisms of the drying machine experience increased loads. This mode of operation is dangerous due to increased wear and rapid destruction of overloaded parts. For the same reasons, it is also dangerous to systematically overload the dryer with a large amount of wet things. Do not place items that are too wet to the dryer. Wring the laundry thoroughly before loading it. The dryer makes noise, hums and vibrates when the drive belt and bearings begin to deteriorate. In this case, it is very important to contact the service center in time before the malfunction has led to a complete loss of the dryer. The drum rollers support the dryer drum in place as it turns. Most Samsung dryers have 2 support rollers on the rear of the drum, and only some of them have 2 more on the front of the drum. When the drum rollers are worn out, they can cause the dryer to make a loud squealing noise. You can inspect the drum rollers for signs of wear out. Remove the belt from the dryer and try to turn the drum by hand. If the rollers do not spin freely or wobble, they should be replaced. The drive belt is a long, narrow band, which is responsible for turning the drum while the drive motor is turning. Unfortunately, it can wear out over time. When the drive belt is stretched, it can cause the dryer to make a loud banging noise. You can inspect the drive belt for signs of wear. If the drive belt is frayed, it should be replaced. The idler pulley provides tension on the drum belt not allowing it to fall off. It is located at the bottom of the dryer near to the drive motor. When the idler pulley is bad, the dryer makes a squealing or a roaring noise. If the pulley does not roll freely when the belt is removed, it should be replaced. Give us a call to check the drum belt, pulley, roller and replace if necessary.
