When your Kenmore washer alerts you with an F11 error code too often, that might be a more serious issue than you reckon. F11 is an indication of a communication problem between the machine control board and the motor control board. Most likely the washer has vibrated enough to vibrate wires loose. You will need to remove the top of the washer and inspect the wiring harnesses that go to and from the control board. One of the wires will probably be loose therefore causing this error code.
