The owner of the Kenmore top loader washer appealed with an unpleasant issue. The washer stopped spinning and agitating. The owner was sure it was a coupler, but there was no damage to the coupler. The entire transmission and motor were also removed and checked. However, the owner did not find any damaged coupler or clutch. Both were fine. The owner eventually called for a Pro to detect the issue and turn back the appliance to proper condition. We may say that the drive coupling is the first choice but by far not the only, get in there with a multimeter and start eliminating such parts as drive belt, lid switch assembly, transmission, etc. There is a high probability the owner has missed something important that a professional assistant won’t track off. Our Pros will help to understand the reason of the trouble and eliminate it fast.
