Check the water supply line to ensure all connections are secure and that there are no kinks in the water line. If the refrigerator is not connected to a water supply, make sure the ice maker is turned off. Depending on your model, the ice maker can be turned off either by raising the wire arm into the locked position or turning the ice maker switch to OFF inside the freezer.
