Before trying to fix your Samsung refrigerator, please, implement some recommendations advised in the manual. Open the door of the refrigerator. Check if the LED light is glowing or not. If it is not glowing, then it may be a No Power issue. If LED light is glowing, then proceed further to resolve the No Cooling issue. Check the location of the refrigerator. It should not be placed under direct sunlight. Keep the refrigerator in a well ventilated area. Maintain a proper Wall clearance distance from the sides and the back wall. No cooling may happen due to food over stuffing inside the refrigerator. Switch off the refrigerator. Remove all food items for once and clean it by using lime or vinegar solution. Check the temperature settings and keep it at maximum cooling position. Run the Refrigerator in no load condition for at least 45mins to 1 hour for proper cooling air circulation. Arrange the food items by providing proper space between them. Please take care while keeping food inside the refrigerator. There should be a proper gap between the end wall and the food inside the refrigerator, as it affects the air flow through the air filter in the refrigerator. Move the food material to the left/ right for clear air flow through the air filter. Now it will provide a proper air flow through the air filter inside the refrigerator. Avoid using Shelf Cover/Paper since it may block the air circulation. Entering Warm air from outside into the refrigerator may cause less cooling and moisture issues. Check the gasket of door grooves in the refrigerator. It should not be loose. In case one of the solutions has been helpful, there is no need to call a Pro. Only if you want to have an additional check or cleaning. If none of the steps has improved the situation, contact a refrigerator repair assistant to conduct a diagnostic of the defrost system.
