Based on the typical troubleshooting of not cooling units, we recommend checking your Twin Star wine cooler for the fan failure. The fan should be receiving approximately 12 volts. If the power supply to the fan is 12 volts but the fan is not operating, the fan will need to be replaced as it is likely a failed fan motor. If the fan is not receiving 12 volts, it is most likely an issue with a failing circuit board. The circuit board will need to be replaced. When you have proved the fan and lights are on and the breakdown is somewhere else, move on to the evaporator. Troubleshooting is easy. If there is ice, let it melt down before plugging in the appliance. Clean any dust and debris and make sure nothing obstructs the correct functioning of the evaporator.
