I called this wonderful company after another company messed up my washing machine. Adam came out the same day I called and fit me in even at 6:00pm. It took him less than an hour to completely fix my washing machine and he even fixed my garbage disposal. He was so kind, sweet, polite, professional and he not only fixed my washer and disposal, he managed to undue the damage the other repair service did and my washer now works like it's new. I highly recommend Adam and his wonderful company and will never use anyone else. If you want the best, call Adam and his team, there is no one that can compare.

Our oven stopped working 2 days before Christmas. Fortunately, we called Prime Appliance service and talked to Adam. He was able to diagnose the problem immediately, but the part that needed to be replaced was not available locally. He found another supplier out of state and had the part shipped overnight. He repaired the oven the following morning and performed additional tests to make sure that everything was working properly. He is very professional, knowledgeable and also truly a gentleman. I have nothing but the highest recommendation for his service.

Our microwave and dishwasher stopped working due to a power surge in my neighborhood. I checked around with several appliance repair services in the area and Adam at Prime Appliance Repair was the only one who did the extra research given the appliance model numbers and was able to provide a ballpark estimate. We decided to go with his services due to the extra work and research he put in. Due to his experience with other appliances damaged by the power outage, this estimate turned out to be exactly what was charged. Adam was also willing to come out on a Sunday to do the final repairs as the parts came in on Saturday.

My GE refrigerator quit working one day and GE Appliance repair service had me scheduled one week out. I called a few places and heard back promptly from Adam, who came to my house the same day. He diagnosed the problem, explained what was wrong and said he could get the part within one day. He did just that and returned the following day to quickly complete the repair. Noticed my refrigerator had a bad smell and realized it wasn't keeping things cool in the fridge, my husband contacted these guys and they came out to give a quote same day. Very next day came out and fixed the problem which was a broken thermostat. Rate was very affordable which I'm very grateful for because I don't have the money for a new fridge. Refrigerator is back working call these guys if you are looking for quick affordable and convenient services.
